Artsy Tips - Favorite Art Journal Types

I hope this finds you doing well and finding some time to create. Let’s talk art journals. Do you have a favorite type?

I’m not super picky about mine. The only thing it has to have is sturdiness so I can be messy and throw on all types of media.

But if I had to pick 3 favorite types of journals here’s my picks…

  1. Handmade junk journals - because I love them! (maybe not a solid reason but that’s it)

  2. Vintage ledgers - because surprisingly the pages hold up really well and I just love the grid paper.

  3. Moleskine cahier - this little journal holds up to so much abuse and it’s one of my go to journals to work in.
